Abstract Submission

Deadline

Anyone who would like to give a talk is requested to submit a title and abstract by June 30, 2025. (extended to July 15)

Notification to Authors

The authors will be notified on acceptance as soon as possible after the submission.

How to submit

1. Please prepare your abstract using the following template: LaTeX template.
2. Generate a PDF file from the LaTeX file prepared in the previous step. The resulting PDF should be similar to this example.
3. Name the LaTeX file as lastname_f.texlastname_f.tex and the pdf file as lastname_f.pdflastname_f.pdf, where “f” is your first name initial.
4. Write an email with the subject “Title and abstract submission”. In the body of the email, include the following information:
   • First name:
   • Family name:
   • Affiliation:
   • Title of the talk:
5. Attach both the LaTeX and PDF files to the email.
6. Send the email to the following address: sttm2025@unime.it
